Where can you reduce clutter in your life?
Writing this on three hours of sleep in the last 36 hours so pardon my typos and poor punctuation.
As someone who takes pride in learning to keep clutter to a minimum, one area I would say I’d like to cut down on the clutter would be…on the professional side. Being a military member there are a lot of times where things come up randomly and you have to roll with what comes. In a leadership position you have to have a firm understanding of prioritizing and managing your time. Those are the two tools that I use to keep my mind from being cluttered as well as my schedule. Time management is something that took a good while to develop. Of course as a kid, I had zero concept of time and what it meant to keep it. Time was simply a figment of my imagination….which, I would learn down the line that it actually is made up. But…that’s doesn’t mean it is to be wasted on procrastination. Another aspect of decluttering, is learning what is and what isn’t a priority. The biggest thing that stuck out to me was, just because it doesn’t matter to me doesn’t negate the fact that it means everything to someone else.
